“Wow, this has one of the largest balconies on the beach. I love it.”

“The recent $4 million plus renovation is gorgeous! I love the porte cache and the water feature.”
— John W.

More than just a place to relax.

Tennis court, racquetball court, shuffle board, Kiddie Pool, Adult Pool, Jacuzzi, Snack shop, a huge conference center, free movies, two open air atriums to stop and read a book in the shade...and did we mention the ice cream boat that visits the beach?

Tennis or Shuffle Board

Tennis anyone?

Stop in to play some tennis.  Lighted court.  Easy access.  Separate courts for tennis and shuffle board.   Stop in at the guard desk and check out shuffle board equipment; and probably some extra tennis equipment too.

Indoor Racquetball

AIR CONDITIONED PLAY

Don't have racquetball equipment?  No worries.  Stop in at the guard desk and check out yours for a quick game.

Ice Cream Boat

Cool off while at the beach with cold treats from the traveling ice cream boat...a real excitement for the kids...and dad too.  Usually arrives around 2:00 to 3:00 pm.

Water Fun

Water, water... everywhere

Two pools, with one of them for the kiddos.  Hot bubbling Jacuzzi.  And, of course, steps away from the huge blue ocean.

Living it up in Panama City Beach

You've reached the best part of our website.  We love the neighborhood!  Minutes from downtown Historic St. Andrews.  Jog down (literally about a mile) to St. Andrews State Park, where you can catch a boat for Shell Island or watch the dolphins and alligators.   If you need some "retail therapy", head over to Pier Park, only 15 minutes away.  Captain Anderson's Seafood Restaurant is one of the best in the US and is only 4 minutes away.  Parasailing, jet-skis, beach chairs.  Everything you need at your fingertips...including the sand.
